  • Introduced, defined and road mapped the role of Tier 2 support specialist to provide escalated support for clients. This is now a full-time role with multiple staff.
  • Moderated expert panels at annual conferences.
  • Increased employee confidence by designing internal onboarding training sessions (classroom-based) to new internal team members. During this time, 9 employees were onboarded with an 89% 1-year retention rate.
  • Created the process and standards for creating learning artifacts.
  • Improved internal efficiencies by launching and managing a cross-team internal process library (process playbook). This playbook has been adopted by the entire organization.
