– Many will also be unfamiliar with the various domains the products support

1. Self-paced e-learning modules
2. Weekly Instructor-led training sessions to supplement the e-learning
3. Skills training through LinkedIn Learning
4. Monthly manager and mentor progress check-ins
5. Case-based learning sessions to simulate the working environment
6. Mentor assigned as a more senior member of the learner’s team. This mentor guides them through the onboarding process (along with the manager).
