In this program, I began to formalize my knowledge in Change Management. This program specialized in the 5Es of Change Management: Explore, Enable, Engage, Emerge, and Embed.

I learned how to design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective learning experiences across educational and workplace settings. In this program, I learned theory and instructional design practice to create engaging, technology-enhanced instruction for corporate training, nonprofits, and government environments.

Boston University (Boston, MA)

I learned competencies related to both technical and managerial skills to prepare me for technical leadership and a career as a senior software developer. I completed projects in topics like software and systems design, database design and implementation, data communications and networks, and information systems analysis while building my competence in Java programming and developing skills in systems documentation, strategic IT management, and applying technologies to solve organizational problems.

Wayne State University (Detroit, MI)

I learned the fundamentals of engineering science and apply them to solve real-world mechanical problems. I also completed coursework in mathematics, physics, mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, dynamics, materials science, manufacturing processes, and design principles.
