I am truly a unique leader! As a training and learning and development (L&D) leader, I have over 10 years of experience in L&D across multiple industries. Supporting both customer educator and employee training, my broad skillset in this field has been sought for consultation and participating in publications.

I’ve been trusted multiple times to launch training departments from the ground up. I’ve succeeded each time. My track record of success comes from using my strong software development background to build, grow, and scale not only the departments that I’ve led but leading full organizational change management endeavors.
