I’m a Learning & Development executive driven by a simple belief: when people grow, companies evolve, and entirely new possibilities open up. My foundation in software and mechanical engineering gives me an instinct for systems thinking, innovation, and elegant problem-solving, and I bring that mindset into every learning ecosystem I build. I don’t just design programs; I architect experiences that help people think bigger, work smarter, and step into what’s possible.
I’ve been fortunate to build multiple training and learning functions from the ground up. That experience taught me how to turn ambiguity into clarity and create something meaningful where nothing previously existed. One of my core strengths is guiding organizations through the change that comes with new initiatives, earning trust, building alignment, and making progress feel achievable.
As an L&D leader, I’ve spearheaded an accreditation effort, generated revenue through TaaS (Training as a Service), managed a successful training product, increased customer adoption through strategic training initiatives, and significantly improved staff outcomes through comprehensive onboarding programs I designed. I’ve also led digital transformation efforts across several organizations through thoughtful change management, workflow automation, and smart use of technology.
I’m especially energized by the future of learning: immersive experiences, human-centered design, capability building, and the intersection of technology and personal growth. I thrive in environments where innovative ideas matter just as much as measurable outcomes, evidenced by my teams delivering highly interactive learning experiences using AR/VR, digital storytelling, and “AI-as-a-resource.” For me, the magic happens when strategy, creativity, and curiosity meet.
At my core, I believe learning should be an experience that stays with you, something that sparks possibility, deepens connection, and equips people to evolve with intention. I bring vision, warmth, and a builder’s mindset to every challenge, and I’m always looking to craft learning experiences that don’t just support an organization but shape its future.
I love people, and I love when people learn.
