L&D and Organizational Change Executive

I’m a Learning & Development and Organizational Change/Transformation executive with a very unique background who believes that when people grow, organizations thrive. With a background in software and engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to every learning experience I create. I’ve built training functions from scratch, led accreditation efforts, driven TaaS revenue, and designed programs that boost staff and customer outcomes. I’m especially excited by immersive, human-centered learning and love using technology like AR/VR and AI to make experiences engaging, memorable, and practical.

For me, learning isn’t just training, it’s a way to spark change, curiosity, inspire growth, and shape the future.

This is ME...
Strategic Leadership

I assess business needs, anticipate talent gaps, and design programs for long-term growth. I led initial IACET accreditation, launched LMS platforms including Litmos, Moodle, and Docebo, and partner with leaders to build L&D strategies that improve performance and engagement.

Change Management

I’ve built two learning and development departments from the ground up, applying strong change management to shift organizations to virtual training, launch comprehensive onboarding with HR, guide first-time accreditation, and build functions including instructional design, knowledge management, and learning administration.

Operational Efficiency

I focus on scaling operations through efficient, technology-enabled workflows. Using tools like Atlassian JIRA and Microsoft Power Automate, I automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve productivity, cutting task time by 67% and freeing my team for higher-value, consultative work.

TaaS Go-To-Market Execution

I developed the go-to-market strategy for a premium TaaS product and services bundle, creating messaging, collateral, playbooks, and onboarding programs that targeted the right audiences and drove an average annual revenue of $4M.

Instructional Design

Before leading teams, I worked as an instructional designer and earned a Master of Science in Education in Learning Design and Technology. That foundation shaped my approach today. Every learning experience starts with a clear design document, where instruction leads and tools support the design.

Software Development

I started in web development, mastering the LAMP stack and building thousands of pages. My technical skills inform my L&D leadership, from LMS design to interactive e-learning, supported by dual master’s degrees in technology and education.

I even created this website!
