I've always believed that when people grow, organizations grow.
My career has been shaped by two passions: technology and learning. I began as a software engineer, designing web applications, supporting customers, and solving complex business challenges through technology. Along the way, I discovered that the greatest impact wasn't simply creating solutions. It was enabling people to successfully adopt, apply, and benefit from them.
That realization led me into learning and development, where I found the opportunity to combine my technical expertise with a passion for building organizational capability. Over the past decade, I have built and scaled learning organizations, launched customer education businesses, developed revenue-generating learning products, implemented enterprise learning ecosystems, and led workforce transformation initiatives across SaaS, franchising, healthcare education, and higher education. You can read more about my strategic endeavors and their impact in my strategic case studies.
As a learning executive, I view learning as more than training. It's a strategic business function that drives performance, advances growth, enables change, and prepares organizations for the future. My work has focused on helping organizations build the knowledge, skills, systems, and leadership capabilities necessary to thrive in rapidly evolving environments. I'm a strategic problem-solver.
What makes my perspective unique is that I understand both the technology that powers modern organizations and the human capabilities required to maximize its value. By bridging learning, technology, and business strategy, I help organizations transform potential into performance and prepare their workforce for what's next.
My mission is simple: Build capability for what's next.
